Our Story
Although both founders are South African natives with a love for travel, a variety of common interests and an affinity for numbers, they only met in the British Virgin Islands after they separately chose to work overseas. There they found themselves collaborating on multiple client accounts whilst working for a big four accounting firm and became not only close friends but also colleagues who shared a vision of founding their own company.

Who We Are
Wynand Du Toit Director
Wynand is a qualified chartered accountant with over 14 years’ experience in various financial and accounting disciplines. Having worked predominantly in public accounting, Wynand has gained experience in a whole range of industries, including but not limited to, manufacturing, construction, real estate, trust and corporate management, investment management and hedge funds.
Johannes Naude Director
Johannes is an experienced finance and accounting professional with over 10 years of public accounting involvement in a broad range of industries including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, real estate, trust and corporate management, investment management and hedge funds. Johannes started his career as a public accountant with KPMG and he has worked with entities of all sizes from startup to multinational listed firms in several roles, such as auditor, accountant, adviser and management consultant.
